Can family see AirTag location?
Although AirTag support may help improve location tracking within Family Sharing, there are still other ways you can find the location of someone who's linked to your Family Sharing group. Family Sharing your location requires that all devices run on iOS 13 or later and Find My service enabled on all of them.
How far can AirTag track?
What is the distance an individual AirTag can track with Bluetooth? Apple has not specified the exact Bluetooth range of an AirTag, but it's believed that each AirTag supports Bluetooth 5.0 (same as the latest iPhones), which means it should be trackable within 800 feet.

No, an individual AirTag can only be tracked by a single Apple ID. This means the same AirTag cannot be shared by two or more people's devices. Because the AirTag can only be paired with a single Apple ID, it can only be tracked by devices which are signed in with the same Apple ID.
